Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling a SitNotes Pro subscription stops future renewals.

Unless a refund is approved, Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, the account returns to the Free plan.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund and does not delete existing SitNotes data or previously shared report links.

If you purchase SitNotes Pro for the first time, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.

This applies to both:

• monthly Pro subscriptions; and
• annual Pro subscriptions.

The 14-day period applies only to the initial Pro purchase. It does not automatically restart when a subscription renews or when the billing interval is changed.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with the transaction details, applicable requirements, and Lemon Squeezy’s payment and refund procedures.

Refunds requested outside the initial 14-day period are not automatically guaranteed.

We may still review requests involving circumstances such as:

• duplicate charges;
• incorrect billing;
• significant technical problems preventing access to paid SitNotes features; or
• situations where a refund is required by applicable law or payment-provider requirements.

Monthly and annual subscription renewals are not automatically eligible for a new 14-day refund period.

You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future charges.

Please include:

1. the email address associated with your SitNotes account;
2. the transaction date; and
3. your order or invoice number.

Do not send full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information.

Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for SitNotes purchases and handles payment processing, refunds, taxes, and related payment matters.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy according to their applicable payment procedures.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.
