Pricing FAQ

What counts as an active household?

An active household is a client record that has not been archived. Archived households remain readable and do not count toward the Free limit.

Do archived households count?

No. Archived households remain readable, but they do not count toward the three active households included with Free.

Are pets limited?

No. Both plans include unlimited pet profiles within each client household.

What happens when I reach three active households?

Your existing records remain available. Archive a household or upgrade to Pro before creating or unarchiving another active household.

What happens after I cancel Pro?

Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro remains active through the paid billing period, then the account returns to Free.

Will SitNotes delete my records after downgrade?

Cancelling does not delete your records. Pro remains active through the paid billing period. After expiry, the account returns to Free, existing records and shared links remain available, and the 3-active-household limit applies to new creation and unarchiving.

Do public report links continue working?

Existing enabled report links remain available after downgrade. Pro branding stops rendering and Free attribution returns.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Available subscription changes are managed through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. The portal shows the options available for your subscription.

How do I update payment details or cancel?

Open Billing & plan in SitNotes and choose Manage billing to use the secure Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Is SitNotes a complete scheduling and invoicing platform?

No. SitNotes focuses on care handoffs, client and pet profiles, visit checklists, owner reports, and vaccination records. It does not replace scheduling, invoicing, GPS, payroll, or team-management software.

Who can see public owner reports?

Anyone who has the hard-to-guess report link can open an enabled report. Share report links only with the intended recipient.

How does SitNotes protect account and care data?

Account pages require sign-in and sitter-owned records are isolated with database access policies. Public confirmation and report pages use high-entropy links and expose only their intended owner-facing fields.
